• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code.
• Deploying malware, bots, viruses, or harmful scripts.

1.5 Resource Misuse

• Running automated scripts to overload systems.
• Circumventing API limits or Fair Use restrictions.
• Excessive or abusive consumption of AI or compute resources.

2. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

If you use any AI-powered Service, you must not generate or attempt to generate:

• Illegal content or instructions for illegal activity
• Disallowed content under OpenAI / Anthropic policies
• Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as verified fact
• Harmful, violent, hateful, or extremist material
• Deepfakes or impersonation tools without consent
• Misleading or deceptive content designed to harm others

Users are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI outputs.

3. Stripe Restricted Uses

In compliance with Stripe’s policies, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• High-risk or illegal financial schemes
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative material
• Gambling or betting services
• Unregulated financial services
• Prohibited digital goods or fraudulent purchasing behavior

4. Enforcement & Consequences

We reserve the right to take any necessary action in response to violations, including:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Rate limiting or throttling service access
• Termination without refund
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
• Blocking IP addresses or regions

5. Monitoring & Investigation

We may monitor usage patterns for security, fraud detection, and compliance. Suspicious or abusive activity may trigger investigation or account restrictions.
