AI Use & Disclosure Policy

This AI Use & Disclosure Policy (“Policy”) explains how MVP HOUSE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) within its SaaS platforms, micro-SaaS tools, and related Services. By using any AI-powered features, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. AI Providers and Technology

We integrate AI capabilities through third-party providers, including but not limited to:

• OpenAI, L.L.C.
• Anthropic PBC (where applicable)

These providers process text or data you submit to generate responses, insights, or other AI-driven outputs.

2. Nature and Limitations of AI Output

AI-generated content is created algorithmically and may:

• Contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information.
• Vary in quality and reliability from one request to another.
• Fail to reflect the most recent laws, regulations, or facts.

AI output is provided “as is” and is not a substitute for professional advice, human judgment, or independent verification.

3. No Professional Advice

AI-generated content should not be treated as:

• Legal advice
• Medical or health advice
• Financial, tax, or investment advice
• Any other form of regulated professional advice

You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

4. User Responsibility

By using AI features, you agree that:

• You will review and validate AI outputs before using them.
• You will not rely on AI content as the sole basis for critical decisions.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using AI outputs.
• You will not submit highly sensitive or special category data unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

When you interact with AI features, your inputs (prompts) and outputs may be temporarily processed by our AI providers solely for inference and quality purposes.

• We do not use your prompts and outputs to train our own models.
• We do not sell AI interaction data to third parties.
• AI data handling is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Prohibited AI Uses

You must not use AI features to generate, request, or distribute content that is:

• Illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Harmful, hateful, or violent.
• Harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
• Designed for fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
• Intended to create deepfakes or deceptive personas without consent.

7. Accuracy, Bias, and Hallucinations

AI systems may reflect biases present in training data or algorithms and may “hallucinate” by generating plausible but incorrect or fabricated information.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs are:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Unbiased
• Appropriate for your use case

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP HOUSE LTD is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or revenue
• Business interruption
• Decisions made based on AI output

9. Human-in-the-Loop

We strongly recommend that users maintain a “human-in-the-loop” approach: Use AI to support, not replace, human expertise, particularly in regulated or high-risk fields.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AI Use & Disclosure Policy as AI technologies, regulations, and best practices evolve. Continued use of AI features after changes indicates acceptance of the latest version.
