Subprocessors

This Subprocessors List identifies the third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) engaged by MVP HOUSE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) who may process personal data on behalf of our customers as part of delivering the Services.

Each Subprocessor is vetted for security, compliance, and data protection standards. Where applicable, data transfers outside the UK/EU are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

1. Payment Processing Subprocessors

• Stripe, Inc.
  Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management
  Data Location: EU/US (SCCs in place)

2. AI & Machine Learning Subprocessors

• OpenAI, L.L.C.
  Purpose: AI text generation and inference services
  Data Location: US (SCCs in place)
• Anthropic PBC (if applicable)
  Purpose: AI inference
  Data Location: US (SCCs in place)

3. Hosting & Infrastructure Subprocessors

• Vercel, Inc.
  Purpose: Web application hosting and deployment
  Data Location: EU/US regions
• DigitalOcean, LLC
  Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and managed databases
  Data Location: EU/US
• Cloudflare, Inc.
  Purpose: CDN, DDoS protection, security services
  Data Location: Global (Anycast network)

4. Analytics & Monitoring Subprocessors

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited)
  Purpose: Usage analytics and performance monitoring
  Data Location: EU/US (via SCCs)

5. Email & Communication Subprocessors

• Mailgun Technologies, Inc. or similar SMTP provider
  Purpose: Transactional email delivery (password resets, notifications)
  Data Location: EU/US
• Zendesk / Freshdesk / Intercom (if used)
  Purpose: Customer support management
  Data Location: EU/US

6. Version Control & Developer Tools (Non–Customer Data)

These providers do not process customer personal data but may process internal operational data:

• GitHub — code hosting
• Linear / Jira — internal task management
• Slack — team communication

(These do not typically require GDPR-level disclosure for customer data, but are listed for transparency.)

7. Updates to Subprocessors

We may update this Subprocessors List from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised list.
